Aviation report 2013/27
A wind shift caused the airplane to fall from 6 - 9 ft height and it landed hard on runway 15 at Rakkestad. The aircraft bounced, and after a second bounce, the commander decided to abort the landing. He applied full power, raised the flaps to 10 ° and raised the landing gear. The airplane failed to gain altitude and sank back onto the runway. It then skidded approx. 250 m on its belly before it came to rest. The pilot and five passengers were not injured, but the aircraft was substantially damaged at the lower fuselage skin. This report is in Norwegian only. No safety recommendation is issued in connection with this investigation.
