The EC 225 LP helicopter accident near Turøy, Norway: Discovery of parts

At Thursday 23 February, the Norwegian Naval Diving School found a vital missing part in connection with the ongoing investigation.

The epicyclic gear 2nd stage planet gear carrier was found in the sea between the area of the main rotor separation and the crash site. The carrier will be subject to further investigations.
