Aviation report 1977/04
The pilot was due to pick up passengers in Hellemofjord and fly them to a lake near the Swedish border. The pilot initiated the approach where he believed the passengers were waiting but realized they were not there. He flew over the passenger's house to announce his arrival and, with his focus on the pier, he did not notice the powerline. The aircraft collided with the powerline and became entangled. The pilot was rescued by a helicopter, and the aircraft was later removed from the powerline but sank when it hit the water.
