Investigation of marine accident Lopphavet in Finnmark
The Norwegian Safety Investigation Authority has decided to investigate the accident with the fishing vessel Iselin. The accident happened in the morning on 12/12/2023. There were two fishermen on board, and they were hauling nets when one fisherman fell overboard. A major rescue operation was launched, but the fisherman was not found and is presumed dead.
